Damaged or Defective Items

  • Time frame: You must report damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery

We will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

We will work with the carrier to investigate. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Cancellations
